JOB TITLE: Web Application Intern

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Push America and Pi Kappa Phi are looking for a candidate with dynamic Web site or application development experience to help with rebuilding pushamerica.org. This project will contain the following objectives:
  • Online Fundraising – Beginning with a Team Event Fundraising Application for the Journey of Hope, Build America, and Gear Up Florida, and expanding to other Push America campaigns, the project will feature real time payment processing and dynamic gift entry into a proprietary database application system.
  • Web site Redesign – Update to the aesthetic qualities of the site, matching the site’s look and feel to existing Marketing Materials and Creative Standards.
  • Enhanced Functionality – Build new features that attract users of all demographics to visit and continually revisit pushamerica.org.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have previous experience with publishing dynamic content to the web and experience database driven application development. Coldfusion MX, MS SQL 2000, and Photoshop CS experience a plus, but not necessary.
