| WHY? | It’s relied upon to ensure accurate information on the local chapters and membership of Pi Kappa Phi for data storage and billing purposes. |
| HOW? | The National Headquarters gives access to each chapter archon and secretary through the online community once a semester. E-mail reminders are sent out to their address on file so that updates can be made online and submitted to the national office. |
| WHEN? | Green Reports are sent out at the beginning of each semester and are due February 10th and September 10th (September 30th for schools on Quarter System). |
