THE GREEN REPORT
WHAT? The Green Report is a resource used by Pi Kappa Phi National Headquarters that gathers Chapter census information each semester.
WHY? It’s relied upon to ensure accurate information on the local chapters and membership of Pi Kappa Phi for data storage and billing purposes.
HOW? The National Headquarters gives access to each chapter archon and secretary through the online community once a semester. E-mail reminders are sent out to their address on file so that updates can be made online and submitted to the national office.
WHEN? Green Reports are sent out at the beginning of each semester and are due February 10th and September 10th (September 30th for schools on Quarter System).
WHO? Information is required on the chapter, the Executive Committee, active members and associate members.
